About Me

I am currently balancing two roles: working remotely as a seasoned SQA Engineer with three years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, while also pursuing an MS degree in Software Engineering on a scholarship, where I maintain a strong CGPA of 3.85. I earned my BS degree in Computer Science through a fully funded scholarship, graduating with a notable CGPA of 3.57.

With a background in testing various software environments—ranging from web and desktop applications to games—I bring a methodical approach and a passion for problem-solving and effective communication. My professional experience has been focused on ensuring the quality and reliability of diverse applications.

In addition to my current role, I am dedicated to enhancing my skills through online courses and hands-on testing practice.

My objective is to advance to a senior-level software testing position, where I can leverage my extensive knowledge to drive significant results and lead innovations in the field. Specifically, I am eager to deepen my expertise in automation testing and apply advanced techniques and technologies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of software testing processes.

NRM Navigator (NRM) - Retail Insight

NRM Navigator (also known as NRM) is a web application providing a full view of trading P&L, modeling all items, investments, and promotions to inform joint business planning and improve net revenue management. It is currently used by approximately 7+ countries for retail purposes.

Role: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Impact: Conduct comprehensive application testing for NRM Navigator, including UX/UI testing to ensure pixel perfection and functionality testing for acceptance criteria. Performed black-box testing to validate software functionality, ensuring that all modules and features met specified requirements. Conducted localization testing to support multiple languages and regions. Utilized SQL Server Management Studio and PostgreSQL for database testing, ensuring data integrity and system performance.

Learnings: Creating Test Cases , Test Plans and Bug Reports, Enhanced skills in black-box testing methodologies, regression testing, database testing with SQL Server Management Studio and PostgreSQL, UX/UI testing, and localization testing. Developed a deep understanding of software lifecycle management and the critical role of quality assurance in software development.

Care-Platform - Articares

The Care-Platform aids aging populations and those with neurological injuries by using robotics for therapy, integrating cognitive games for patient engagement. The application allows healthcare professionals to monitor patient progress, customize treatment plans, and analyze therapy outcomes, enhancing the quality of care provided to patients.

Role: Quality Assurance Game Tester

Impact: Conducted thorough testing of the Care-Platform, ensuring the seamless integration of cognitive games with robotic devices and haptic feedback systems.Performed UX/UI testing, functionality testing, and black-box testing on various software modules.
